Chicken Roast Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces: 8, Green Chilli wafers: 4, Cloves: 4, Coriander Seeds: 2 teaspoons, Fennel: half teaspoon, Garamasala: 1 teaspoon, Lemon juice: half teaspoon, Rice: 750 gm, Ghee: 2 tablespoons, Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 teaspoons, Mint: Bundle, Green Chilli: 4, Tomato: 1, Carrots: 2, Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon, Turmeric: 1 teaspoon.

Making process:

* Take the chicken pieces and bite them with a knife. Then add lemon juice and salt.

* Fry cloves, Coriander Seeds and Fennel in a pan for a minute and make powder. Then add this powder to the chicken pieces. Then add the chopped garlic and Green Chilli wafers to the chicken pieces and leave for half an hour. Boil these pieces for a while and fry them.

* In a thick bowl add ghee and fry Ginger Garlic Paste, Carrots and Tomatoes. Then add Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and add five glasses of water and boil. Now add rice, salt and mint to the water. Place the fried chicken pieces into the pulao and put on it for a while.

That's it your Chicken Roast Pulao is ready.
