Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients: 

Chicken - 750 grams, Scrambled Curd- 1 cup, Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon, Turmeric - half teaspoon, Lemon juice - 1 large spoon, Ginger Garlic paste - one and a half teaspoon, Salt - as required.

For the seasoning: 

Red Chilli- 6, Black Pepper - Half teaspoon, cloves - four, Fenugreek Seeds- Half teaspoon, cumin- Half teaspoon, Fennel- Half teaspoon, Coriander powder - 3 teaspoons, Chopped Garlic- 4 teaspoons, Tamarind - 10 grams (soak in hot water), Chopped Jaggery- 2 teaspoons, Ghee- Half cup and Salt- as required.

Preparation:

Clean the chicken pieces and take it into a bowl. Add chilli powder, lemon juice ,ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well and put in a fridge. Meanwhile, put the pan on the stove and add two teaspoons of ghee. Add all the ingredients needed for seasoning except tamarind, chopped jaggery and salt and fry them. After cooling make that paste like a ball by using water.
Put the bowl back on the stove and add a big spoon full of ghee. Add the chicken pieces and cover the bowl. The chicken should be removed after it is boiled. Add the remaining ghee in the same bowl and use the seasoning that was prepared before. After 5 minutes add a little bit of tamarind juice, a little bit of salt, chopped jaggery to chicken pieces and mix well. After 5 minutes turn off the stove.

That's it your Chicken Ghee Roast is ready to serve.
