Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
Oats - six tablespoons; Water - 1 cup; Soy milk - half cup; Dry Fruits - as needed; Dried kernel seeds - 1 tablespoon; Dates - 10 (Remove the nut and chop into small pieces)

Preparation:

 Boil water. Add the oats and cook until they becomes soft. Add dried kernel seeds and turn off the stove. Then pour the soy milk. Garnish with dry fruits and chopped dates and for better taste eat it when it is hot.

Note:

 There is no fat. If the Soy milk is not available, then diary milk can be used. It is a healthy, energy breakfast.
