Ingredients:
Bread slices -4, Sugar- Half cup, Water- Half cup, Cardamom Powder- 1/4 teaspoon, Food color- One pinch (preferably), Oil- As required.Method of preparation:
Cut the bread slices with cookie cutter into rounded biscuits shape and keep them aside. Add sugar and water in a bowl and put it on the stove to boil for 5 minutes so that the sugar melt. After the sugar syrup is cooled add food color and cardamom powder in it. Place the pan on the stove and put the oil in it and fry the bread pieces cut into it rounded shape. Add fried bread pieces in sugar syrup and leave it for 5 minutes. Then remove the bread pieces and serve when it is hot.That's it your Bread Jalebi is ready.
